Estimate requests

When you request an estimate, Picasso receives the contact, property, service, timing, budget-band, and project information you submit. It is used to assess fit, respond, prepare the next conversation, and manage your enquiry.

Campaign attribution

The website may store first- and last-touch landing pages, referrers, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifiers in the current browser session and with a submitted enquiry. This helps Picasso understand which services and marketing sources lead to useful conversations.

Optional analytics

Analytics and advertising tags remain off unless you allow them in the website preference notice. Picasso does not send names, street addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or project notes to analytics.

Notifications

When an estimate is submitted, Picasso may send an internal email or text alert so the request can be answered promptly. A confirmation may also be sent to the email address supplied in the form.

Project photos

Design-build confirmations may invite you to send property photos by replying to an email. The website itself does not accept or store customer file uploads.

Service providers and retention

Website hosting, database, email, text-message delivery, and analytics providers may process information for Picasso. Enquiry records are retained for follow-up, estimating history, and operational reporting, then deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed.
